Suzanne's Groom's Cake
My husband's boss wanted a groom's cake especially to match his love for poker. She requested one "hand" to be shown as all Jacks - because that was his nickname. This was a chocolate cake, with buttercream frosting, fondant, and fondant decorations. Food coloring was used to paint every single playing card.
